Very friendly folks; it was helpful to be able to try out the earphones before purchase- it kept me from buying the wrong pair.

Friendly? Not really. They reluctantly let me tried out 3 IEMs and ignore me thereafter. I only asked for something that could sound better than my old PRO50 with a broken earbud which I bought from the friendlier Jaben Singapore. Wasted my long drive to this place.

Made me try only 2 iem and then wandered off even though there are many choices around the price range. Very unwelcoming and strict not a tenth of a freidnly place like the one to the right of this store. Made me too uncomfortable so i left
