Generally a fine store. But they badly handle iPhone launch date. Messy confusing line and each of the person in line was handle very very slowly. Moreover, if the items are already out of stock, just put a sign out there; don’t just let people wait in a long line to tell them that.

Considering the cost added to most of the products, service is horrible. Takes at least 1 month for a charging adapter replacement. The workers there are not very friendly either.

They did a great job taking care of customers however, they are not so good at communicating with customers. They were going to charge me for installing a free OS, but the day before they told me it's free of charge. It is unacceptable to tell the customers that you will be charge after telling them it's free. In conclusion, staffs were great but some aren't so good.
