Interior passion just finished our 3rd restaurant over the past two years and we were happy with results. Thanks Mr Jack and his builders. All 3 came out better than we could hope for. I give my recommendation to use.

Interior Passion just completed our Luxury Villa in Khoa Yai. We were simply elated by the work they did. Jack and his wife were great to our family and manage the project as we travelled to and from Florida. His fitout team and the manager K.Kook were always working when I arrived and the quality was way above the standard here in Thailand. We certainly recommend Jack and his team. They will be designing and building our new restaurant August on the outskirts of Khoa Yai.
What a joke! Don’t hire this company. He wasted our time and a lot of our money. My review is way past. This all happened in 2014. Why I just did a review now? Well, I don’t usually waste my time thinking about this guy and this bad episode in my life but today I happened to open my old emails and found his info again. This review is overdue! Jack charged us 38,500 THB for wrapping our shop prior to opening it. We were overseas at the time (and inexperienced) and he tricked us saying that his contractor was on the other line and we had to give him an answer within 5 minutes otherwise he wouldn’t do it. Being inexperienced and under (unnecessary) pressure, we went with Jack and his contractor (looking back, I doubt there was even a contractor on the other line). Later on we found out that the mall we were renting from charged 5,800 THB for the same work. When we confronted him later on, he said ‘oh, ours is better'. It’s for wrapping a store!! Who cares if it’s better! I had to finally put my foot down and gave him letter of termination and lost 40,000 THB because all he did was wasted our time (and ripped us off). The next interior designer we found, he was polite and just absolute delight compared to this guy. Sue me Deli, or Jack or whatever you want to call yourself. He’s all talk and no action!
Actually did NOT (thank God) get to use their services but got my time wasted and blood pressure raised a bit none the less...so I thought this was enough to deserve a few words. Management doesn't seem to know what is going on with the company and seems to think he is doing his customers a big favor by talking to them. Apparently he did not know his team is 2 months behind on work and we waited a week and a half after complete site walkthru, various contacts and assurances into the process to tell us they couldn't take our work and to boot, blamed it all on the staffs, for being \Thai and saying yes\ AND for being 2 months behind on work (without telling him?) while being unapolegetic and condescending not just to me but entire race of Thai's. So from my short interaction, management is unprofessional, condescending, unapolegetic, insincere(this one may have something to do with the previous one) ... but you get the picture... I then got a \generously\ offer to \make some calls\ to try to \help\ and after almost a week we got \go to CDC and buy prebuilt furniture...oh and tell the lady I sent you\ 555 We actually forgot about this company already but this \generous favor\ reminded me that I should write a review to tell our little cautionary story for other potential customers. So be very cautious approaching this company or you may end up feeling very ikky after with nothing to show for. Gave 1 extra star (2 stars) for the Thai fellow who showed up at my site as he was quite friendly and professional.
Passion Design did a built-in cupboard in my apartment and I was really happy with the final result. Jack was very thoughtful to recommend us the best design for what we wanted and during the installation, he was always present to guaranteed that it was well done and to solve any problem that could come up. I would definitely recommend them!
