I’ve used a multi entry non immigrant visa to enter through here twice. The first time the place was empty. I filled out the form, walked in , and a lady officer called me into her office. She asks some questions and stamps me in. Second visit it was more busy but I was the only person of European decent there. I wait in line for a while and then an immigration helper pulls me out and sends me to the ladies office. I’ve entered across land borders to Thailand at least 75 times and this was the first rudeness that I’ve ever encountered. No civil tone at all, just barking orders. I got stamped in, which should be all that matters, but the lack of civility here will have me bypassing this place in the future. Oh, and I had an NO-1 visa. If you’re planning to cross for a 30 day stamp or something, I would go to Dannok, do not use this place.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. I have been in out of Thailand many time over the years and have never come across anything like it. Thai lady immigration officer was so aggressive and for 4 hours refused my entry in to Thailand. She requested 20 000 thb in cash before I could pass through. I showed her my flight home in 3 days time my hotel payed for and 3000 in cash and my bank balance of 100 000 thb plus and still not adequate. If not for a very helpful taxi driver I belive she would never have let me enter Thailand. Please never use this route if possible.

Poor que management. Horrible on everything. Despite this, so many people still going to Thailand. I wonder why.

Most unfriendly officials anywhere in Thailand. And on the Malaysia side I wasn't allowed to enter since I traveled with my dog. No exception was made to at least give me the correct stamps so that I could have gotten a new Thailand visa or visa stamp, so instead I was (literally) forced to have my exit stamp from Thailand cancelled, which resulted in an overstay.

Unpleasant and rude. Plus the finger print scanner doesn’t work and that’s somehow my fault.
