Excellent! Friendly, helpful, got my 30 day visa waiver extension done in 30 minutes. Easy to reach, so glad I didn't have to travel to that office 10km out of town.

Good experience efficient and helpful staff
Came on a Saturday and ended up waiting for 90 minutes but then it took less than 5 minutes to process my 90 day checkin. My advice is to either find a better time when the wait is shorter or sit at Coffee World while you wait for your turn (you can see the numbers called from there).
Attended the immigration office on the lower floor at Blu Point shopping centre yesterday. Fantastic service! Lady behind the counter was professional courteous and extremely helpful. Thankyou!
10.30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday Queue closes at 5pm Saturday 10.30am to 12pm. In and out in 20 minutes.
