I went here with my Thai wife to secure my rights to our house. They sold me a lease and asked my wife in Thai if she wanted it registered at the land office. Of course she said no. But they didn't ask me, even though I paid them the money. Now the lease is useless. Beware, they will always be on the side of the Thai party.
