600 baht for a small flat with bedroom, 2 armchairs, a small living room table, kitchen sink, water boiler, 2 cups, 2 dishes and cutlery, bathroom, fridge, 2 instant coffee. No more. Clean. The family owner is kind and helpful. No beauty, but worthwhile. Hua Hin is an expensive town, better not to forget it. They also rent monthly for 15000 baht, which isn't that cheap compared to the quality of the place, to me. Cicada and Tamarind markets are nearby. Beach is a bit far, but affordable anyway. The name of this guesthouse is actually Sabai Sabai, formerly Ban Yai. There isn't any swimming pool.

บริการดีห้องกว้างมากสะอาดราคาก็ถูกใกล้เซเว่นใกล้โลตัสของกินเยอะเดินไปนิดเดียวลงชายหาดได้ถ้ามาที่นี้คุ้มๆๆค่ะบอกเลยชอบมากถ้ามาอีกจะใช้บริการที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาด ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ฝักบัวอาบน้ำไม่ค่อยดี มีที่จอดรถแต่ไม่มียาม รถผมโดนกรีดเจาะเป็นรูแล้วขโมยยางอะไหล่ไป
