Excellent coffee and baked goods served in a large colonial style house. Beautifully maintained inside and out, but I feel a couple of paintings would add some colour to the walls. I thoroughly recommend the interesting range of croissants they carry. MY favourites were the apply crumble and the plain. Crispy, buttery, and fresh.

House No.1 is part of Rattanakosin history. The King Chulalongkorn (King RamaV) requested the Privy Purse to manage the land and the first owner of the building was the former French Distillery company office. Àfter the renovation the House No.1 opened its doors as a French cafe EIFFEL.
The house number one is now actually the cafe with the colonial style building. Interesting to see the large lawn around the building, which is something can not be easily seen in Bangkok.
Colonial building is 10/10. Coffee is 6. Croissant is 8. Parking is free if only you got car parking stamp from the cafe. Table is not comfy for laptop working.
An ancient stlye building reminded me those good old days
