I bought CRV G5 here a year ago and today I came for some insurance claim.. The staff provided very attentive service since my car turned to the parking lot till I left. They always have decent foods and beverages available for customers at the waiting room.
I am with my CRV 2017 to have regular service on 20,000 km. with advanced booking by call in early morning on that day. Luckily not so many car to be serviced. The service location is convenience, service area is clean and indoor. Service staff is friendly and Service Manager is very service minded, my compliment. Customer waiting area is clean and not noisy. It has small area for kids and computer for surfing with free Wifi. There is a snack bar with Maid to service. But the rest room is in some distance. Recommended to book the regular service in advance.
