I bought a Honda Click 125 recently. Owner/Manager was nice and helpful and assisted with the registration. English is possible, but you can bring a Thai friend to ease the process (if you do not speak Thai). Thanks,

Great service, you’ll need to know Thai to get by easier, basics they can get by fine, great staff & super helpful. They are busy as there’s not many registered Honda garages around, and you’ve probably noticed there’s tonnes of bikes about. Don’t expect anything done quickly, you’re just one of many

disgusted - Zero interpersonal skills I walked into the honda Aree motorcycle showroom interested in buying a Honda cb300r. The person who tried to help me (barely tried and barely capable I have to say) had such a big attitude and ego I became nauseous within 5 seconds in his presence. I said to this high and mighty person that I would like my friend (who is a Thai citizen) help me to finance the motorcycle over 2 years. He became so upset that I had the audacity to ask such a question. His face looked like he smelled something dead. I then politely asked if I could please have the phone number of the shop so my Thai friend could communicate to them the arrangements for the financing. He then just said. \ They come in here\ I then asked again for the number because my friend doesn't live in that area it would be way more convenient and we are in the 21st century ( that guy is apparently not) He then just said \must come in and talk.\ guess ill buy at a different company. Kawa...yup. it makes me sad to think that Honda a great company would let such an unqualified and arrogant person work in one of their shops. WOW! disgusted and disappointed customer
