HomePro has items that are just higher than average. They're not premium, but they are not cheap either. Valid products that are well made. Service staffs are all over, and for an introvert like me, I tend to avoid contact with them. Of course, they only want to help, and I appreciate that. They are helpful once you do ask them, though. English speaking may be problematic, as they may or may not be able to converse in English. Best try is to use broken English, or Google Translate.

HomePro is an upscale Lowe's or Home Depot. Not a place for builders or contractors. This is a place to go if you are looking for above average appliances, fixtures and furniture. Prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch. I purchased 3 split A/C units for my new house and the price included insulation, which was done on time without any problems or issues.

I always feel strange when everyone is watching and greeting. I asked for a replacement for a broken plug for my bathtub. 1st reaction: they don't have it. They said that I have to change the whole unit. I couldn't believe so I asked them to show it to me. Have you change al including some pipe. They were unfriendly. Only one woman tried to help and advised me to another shop.
