All was perfect! The best clean car. We took the car in Chiang Rai and returned it in Bangkog. The best personal, good speeking English (better then me). I reserved the car by web-site and I had no problem with it. I took insurance and my deposit was returned for two days! Thank you for all!

Rented a car with Hertz in Bangkok and had to return it in Chiang Rai. I was told by Hertz employee in Bangkok to call to a thai number before arriving to the airport. Well, the person answering that call was unable to speak any English, so trying to meet him at the airport was a nightmare. We were short on time for our flight and we made us loose a lot of time!
