Went there with a friend for a group morning session. It was an incredibly good workout with a very knowledgeable coach who really adopted to different level myself and my friend is on. The workout lasted for 1,5 h and was very demanding. We did warmup, stretching, heavy bags, of work and a little bit of low power sparring. The coach corrected our technique all the time, which we really appreciated especially as we noticed that the better technique meant more power even despite us being worn out. Highly recommended!

Went to a Muay Thai kick boxing match here after being handed a flyer while at a restaurant. There were about 5 or 6 different fights and I was more than entertained. It is one of the highlights of my trip to Ko Lanta. I am starting to become a fan now of Muay Thai. Very good time.
Highly recommend the private lessons. The trainer really pushes you and pulls no punches. Trained there for two weeks, and I only wish I could've done a full month.
I did a single training session with Hero Muay Thai during my short time in Koh Lanta and it was great! There was only myself and my friend there that morning so we got mostly one on one training. The trainer knows what he is doing and really pushed us according to our skill level. Give it a try
