As someone who has experienced it firsthand, I know it can be pretty easy to fall back into the same pattern or routine when you're a recovering alcoholic. I'd already tried rehab before so I thought everything was going to be easy after, but I was wrong. So thankful for the Arrested Relapse Program these guys have. I think I'm finally free of alcohol addiction with their help. Good job to The Next Step in Chiang Mai!

My family and I would just like to thank the team at The Next Step for their great service. We used to think drug treatment was just a waste of money but my dad really needed help to kick his habits. Signing him up to their Sober Living program is one of the best decisions our family made. We were even surprised when Dad said that he started to learn Tai Chi and meditation there. Way cool!
The Next Step for a Changed Life My depression has dragged me to the bottom of my life when I started looking for happiness in the wrong place. Drinking has become my outlet every time I got a spell, and I haven’t realised until it was too late. There came a time when I simply can’t start and end the day without drinking, which is why I sought help. One of my pals told me about The Next Step (TNS), and I was glad I came to this place. I love its serenity and tranquility. It gives me inner peace as I study the tools given to me in my Primary Care sessions. I met several others who have similar experiences as mine, and some have it worse. But despite all our differences, Paul, the founder himself has taught us a different perspective of facing life – finding your purpose. I could never contain the happiness that I felt the day I took the next step in my life’s journey. There is only one thing I can say about TNS – this is absolutely different from an ordinary drug rehab or addiction rehab. This is practically a life-changing place. I highly recommend it.
Kudos to the team at The Next Step for being so good at what they do. I used to think I was too far gone for something like drug rehab but then I signed up for the recovery program at TNS Chiang Mai. They helped me get out of the deep hole that I dug myself into and even made me remember how I used to enjoy taking photos and writing stories. Really appreciate their Living Community Project and the other stuff they do.
Was actually in Thailand to have my own kind of Eat Pray Love experience after a stint at alcohol rehab at home. A close friend heard I was in Chiang Mai and told me about this place. I was hesitant to sign up for the Secondary Care program at first but I’m so happy I gave it a go. Thanks so much to The Next Step for the counselling and the learning. Staying sober can be so hard sometimes but they really helped me out so I feel a lot stronger and more confident in myself now.
