We're really disappointed with Mrs Wattana the owner of Bualai handicraft that we bought many things with amount 15.750 baht we paid already with US 500 cash payment , but when we come back to our country we check our bank account statement we were so surprised our debit card minus 52.500 baht around Rp 23.600.000 rupiah. Mrs Wattana swap our debit card without our permission ( she told our card didn't support with edc machine ) that's why she asked me to pay 500 US. So I loose my money 52.000 baht from our debit card . We asked her many times to give back, transfer back my money to our account with that amount 52.500 baht or Rp 23.600.000 but until now she didn't transfer yet. We knew this shop when we stay at 137 pillars hotel in Chiang Mai and they recommend this place bazaar for buy wooden home accessories. We talked also with Mr Witsarut from Tanachart bank to transfer back our money and asked them to print out Wattana Bualai handicraff shop account statement from Tanachart bank , she didn't do it as she promised to us. Many reason not transfsd our money with total amount 52.500 bsht or Rp 23.600.000 rupiah. We really askex Bualai shop to transfer back our money right away, don't steal our money
