Cheap place to rent and good area I still here until today. Hopefully they don’t type the number of the Electric meter wrong again. People can make a mistake I understand it. Hope u do it better. It’s still good they have Electric meter show you and you can see it next to your door.

Be careful for this apartment. Their electric bill is abnormal. I strongly recommend that don't rent a room at here. I can prepare to share the bills of mine of past one year for the person who is thinking will rent this apartment. If you want.

A terrible place to live in. The building is very old and dirty. The owner plus the staff are very rude and disrespectful to the tenants. They are well known for overcharging and not returning deposits in full. The swimming pool is dirty and the toilets are disgusting. Stay away from it! :(

Studio around 5000 to 6000 bath. Building is old. The swimming pool is a nice place to chill. Good price for a nice area in Ekkami.

Cheap place to stay. Good for newcomers since it's very central and close to Thonglor and sukhomvit 55. Also very quiet and nice view of river beside and short walk to market and 7/11.

This is a rubbish place it looks like I was a victim of Photoshop, the rate is good but the property management doesn't care about how a human room looks like I am completely disappointed making and appointment and they don't tell straight to the point how was the room looks like, I am not renting a room to do renovation those fill up covered floor with cockroaches crowling, and their worker doesn't that friendly like, to think the right room, they don't allow you to take photos as maybe they don't want thier ugly accommodation of those worn out floors to beware of renter to Inquire. There just wasting my time. Employees in good uniform are not hesitant to show thier room with worn out furnishing and dirty areas. Sorry but everyone should knew to be aware

It's 6000 for simple rooms if u rent at least 3 months. 7500 bath if renting only on emonth. 800 bath for like hotel one night including breakfast. Electric / month is 7 bath/ unit/ kiliwatt. If u use aircon like 12 hours day like 23 degress celcius, its like 1600 bath a month for electric. water suply is cheap. Rooms a a bit run down, toilets a more run down. But 6000 with a swimmingpool and a not so good but still working fitness is worth the money in the area. Other places around here with swimmingpool is 10K up. Very close to the klong boats to pratunam and major shoppingcenters. 30 bath for a motorbike taxi to BTS Thong lor. ALOT of food around the neighbourhood. One of the few places near sukhumvit that still feels very local and alive day, and evenings. 7/11 about 150 meters from the building. And there is a small rooftop bar by the pool that serves cheap beer and simple cheap thai/ western food. Internet wifi is 800 bath/month or 1000 bath for 2 months. BUT that's only for one device! VPN not possible because of weblogin to WIFI. Rooms does not include fridge, but can be rented for 500 bath/ month. TV as well.
