Lovely fluffy and moist pancakes. We visited the branch at Central World which had a very small sitting area. We were lucky and managed to get seats in about 15 minutes (when there was no queue). We had the recommended premium pancakes at 295 baht and an eggs Benedict on pancakes for I think 270 baht (can’t remember the exact price for sure). We had to wait for almost 30 mins for our pancakes to be ready. Both our items were served at the same time, which I liked. The premium pancakes were thick and nicely stacked. They were fluffy and moist on the inside, as what is expected of soufflé pancakes (but I found it just a tad too moist). The pancakes paired nicely with the syrup and whipped cream that was light and not overly sweet. The eggs Benedict on pancakes were surprisingly good. (Perhaps it was also due to the contrast in flavour with the sweet Premium Pancakes.) The pancakes here were the typical flat type. They went well with the runny yolk and luncheon meat. Overall expensive pancakes but worth trying once. Taking a wobbly video of the Premium Pancakes is a must.

This small shop is place at CentralWorld mall. The pancake are fluffy and yummy. Coffee is just ok seated is limited. Price is average for a shop in the mall.

The pancakes are nice, however is a little overpriced. I was served with a small cup of honey, when asked for refill, they charged us an extra of 25 THB for a small cup of honey. Waiting time for it to ready is around 20 mins, overall I feel this cafe is a little petty & charged almost everything.
