I have just finished a good massage at Diora Luxe Lumpini . Tried to book in this App since I have heard that it's more convenient. I'm upset for the spa location do not appear in their application. Please do something.

An app that doesn’t provide customer service is not good. It just goes to show they don’t care about their customers if they don’t have town to talk to them! I’ve just had to cancel my order because the driver asked me too and I haven’t received my refund for 450 THB and it’s impossible to find anywhere to contact the support.
Do not use any taxi in Bangkok without Grab! They will try to rip you off switching off the meter. Grab is the best for Bangkok, you know the price in advance and you do not have to negotiate the price. Have a save trip!

Actually the best cab service to use in Thailand using your mobile phone and the Grab app: it's reliable and cheap and it's actually recommended by Uber for Thailand. Upon booking you see all the necessary details to ensure you take the right cab (licence plate, type of car, name and usually picture of the driver). Some features are: * booking in advance (never used it though) * payment in cash or with credit card * share trip status (safety) * emergency button (safety) * adjust trip as soon as driver arrived and picked you up * messaging Personally I would suggest: * book with time, when you are ready to leave and never in a hurry as traffic in Bangkok can be horrible and the estimated pickup time might not be very accurate * always choose clear places, e. g. hotel or restaurant name for pickup * write a message where exactly you are (e. g. entrance of hotel - maybe even use google translate with thai) or you might be faced with a call in thai language where you have no assistance from google translate * have google translate prepared for thai in case you need to communicate with your driver (copy & paste works flawlessly) * tip the cab driver nice
