There are now several D.I.Y stores in C.Rai with a wide selection of merchandise, of which Global House is one. This was my first and LAST visit to the C.Rai branch. I wanted to purchase two chainsaws and accessories. I made my way to the tools section and after a good search could not find any. I asked a member of staff did they sell chainsaws? She pointed to somewhere in the store, I asked again where actually are they, a pointed finger was not very helpful and I was hoping she would take me there. Same response and back to chatting to her colleague. I made my way to where I thought she was pointing and could not find any. I left extremely disappointed and had to go back into the town to complete my purchases. I was extremely disappointed as I often shop in the Mae Sai branch where they care about their customers. The staff are welcoming, friendly and warm to their customers. On the times I have asked a member of staff if they stock an item, they have actually taken me to the item and asked the member of staff for that section to help me. What a difference from the C.Rai branch. I would suggest the Management in C.Rai visit Mae Sai and learn about customer service and then train their staff accordingly. I will not be returning to the C.Rai branch.

First and last visit to this place. I wanted to purchase two chainsaws and accessories. I made my way to the tools section and interrupted two staff members chatting, asked if they sold chainsaws. She just pointed somewhere to the center of the store. I asked again precisely where, as a pointed finger was not very helpful and expected she would take me there. No chance, just a pointed finger and back to chatting to her colleague. I made an effort to find them, could not and left. Went into town and made my purchases. My experience was very disappointing. I was EXPECTING the the same EXCELLENT SERVICE that I ALWAYS receive in GLOBAL HOUSE MAE SAI. Where if you enquire about an item, the member of staff will not only take you to that selection but also ask the the staff in charge of that section to assist you should you need it. I suggest the MANAGEMENT OF C.RAI, CONTACT MAE SAI BRANCH AND ASK FOR TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very good store , plenty of goods but if you buy something from bathroom department you have to find your own fitter as they don't provide this service.
