As normal, told that they didn't have the items I was looking for and then I found everything I wanted myself. The staff seem to spend all of their time on their phones, avoiding eye contact and when pressed to serve you telling you that they don't have it or it is out of stock Some product knowledge and customer service training is desperately needed and a mystery shopper would immediately highlight the issue. I have been shopping here for 5 years and it is now my last resort after the other 3 big competitor stores. If there was an option to rate as zero out of 5, I would have done.
