My favotite shop. Another good and well round shops for power tools, hand tools and home improvements some of which cannot be found in mainstream/large shop.
Staff hiding behind shelves with their mobile phones and no customers in sight. Ask some question about a product and they appoint a poor bell boy to go around the store.
They always have everything you want
Good variety of products, reasonable prices. Staff here are too numerous and mostly hide in corners on their mobile phones. Management should hire half the number and pay them twice as much and maybe they'd provide better customer service. There are one or two good employees but most are useless. The security check after checkout is very irritating and time consuming. Makes you feel like a shoplifter.
