Brought the bike to check small oil leak and got big oil leak afterwards. They tell me to change fork but I found the dust spring sitting outside. Disgusted for the total lack of professional attitude in recognizing the poor job. Outcome of my complaint : there seems to be no manager in charge of the motorcycle section, so the woman at the bike service desk has refused to assist in rectifying the works (put back the spring and check the suspension oil) and only repeats like a broken record that I need to change the front fork. So now I have to fix myself the spring (not a big job anyway) but not sure how much oil in the fork. It is sad to see a reputable name like BMW being hijacked by few people who apply their low standards uncontrolled. Time for an internal audit UPDATE on 28/12/2020 I decided to bring the bike to BKKMotorcycle (where I originally bought the bike) and the fork were repaired in 2 days and not changed as requested in Pattaya. Cost: 1,080 Baht (excluding replacement gaskets that were damaged by the previous work in Pattaya). There are still honest and professional people that can take care of your bike.

Looking to purchase BMW. Asked for price list from Roger at Central Mall about a week ago. Enquired import duty. Roger and other staff scoffed at me and ignored me at the stand in the mall and refused to give price list. Bought Jaguar instead.

It is ridiculous on BMW policies as I went to your showroom with documents to get one of car history of service and to find out if the vehicle is accident free but after 1 hour of waiting and conversations the staff days they cannot provide there information as I'm buying a second hand car the bank is asking for information from BMW that it is serviced in company service centre and that it is accident free but you people say that it cannot be provided I don't know how these adhere to customer satisfaction
