Terrible experience and would advise everyone to avoid this place and ford in general! Had water leak in my car and had mold grow everywhere. It was under warranty and they refused to replace all the leather. After months of arguing with ford they eventually did it. Took 4 months. My car was stripped and unusable. They gave me a terrible courtesy car that gave you an electric shock when you opened the boot. My car was a ford Everest and they wouldn't give me anything to the same quality. They lied constantly which really annoyed me. I speak Thai and they still tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I can't even begin to describe how terrible their service is. They are the most laziest bunch of people I've ever met and how they run garage this size is beyond my imagination.

Very bad. The staff often lie.The repair of the car was never completed on time.And many times it can't be repaired.

Terrible service, it's as though they have no idea what they're doing. I asked for an inspection of a 2nd hand car prior to purchase, please check the undercarriage, i feel it is not so good, they said great condition. 2 days after i bought the car, the brakes failed, and took it back, then they donn another inspection and they quoted me over 12,000 baht to repair. After that, there was yet more problems that they missed, another 28,500 baht to repair !!!! NO, no good enough, terrible.

Ford are a Fantastic Vehicle but sadly the Dealerships in Thailand are Dismal for service!
