My first experience doing Aerial Yoga (flying yoga) and I love it ! I struggle hard when it comes to directions especially when you have to go upside down on the hammock but my instructor is very patient and kind, also a very friendly community (was helped by other students in the same class from time to time). My class is with Instructor Nut but I’m sure every instructors here are great ! Highly recommend.
