Excellent service! I enquired from the UK about flowers for a friend in Koh Samui. Even though it was the early hours of the morning in Thailand, I got a reply immediately. Sorted out the delivery time etc, and my friend received her beautiful flowers the same day. A couple of nice photos were also emailed of the delivery. Thanks Jack for a wonderful service.
I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by Flowers by Jack. I was worried about the logistics of ordering from the UK to a colleague in Thailand, but Jack made the process so simple. I was particularly impressed with the proof of delivery picture sent to me shortly after the flowers arrived with their recipient. The flowers were gorgeous and the recipient was thrilled with her birthday surprise.
I ordered the “Orchid Frenzy bouquet online and it was even more spectacular. than the photo shown! You could not even see the delivery person holding the bouquet. Jack did a wonderful job of creating a special arrangement as a “Welcome Home” gift for my friend. I would definitely recommend this floral service to anyone on Koh Samui who wants something special delivered on the island. Thank you, Jack, for your artistry in creating an amazing bouquet . Great service and stunning flowers as well.
