Love the atmosphere. Variety of class to choose from. Best of all, if you caome later than 10 pm. The whole.gym is yours. It's super private. Less people there, Especially the women gym..
PERFECT! it is open 24 hours! what i love most about this gym is that they have a gym area only for women staff are also friendly. wc, locker room and shower room are always clean (whenever i use them). the price is very affordable! i just wish they would open a branch in Pratunam or Ramkhamhaeng
Really happy with this gym, hard to find a well equipped gym for a good price in Bangkok, they are usually double the UK price which is crazy taking into account local salaries etc, but for 1299 this gym is excellent. I don't have to gym in peak times so never too busy 1100 in the morning not sure how I would find it peak as not a huge place. Free water fountain, friendly staff, clientele equal mix of western and locals, not a friendly bunch but that suits me I'm there to do my thing,
