Michelle is an amazing Pilates teacher. She is totally dedicated to the growth of her students. She pays attention to every detail and ensures you get maximum benefit from each exercise. And her knowledge of Pilates and exercise in general is unparalleled. Her studio is fully equipped with everything needed: weights, balls, bands, bikes, inversion unit etc. I can't recommend her highly enough.
