Excellent service from start to finish. We went to meet them (although they offered to bring a selection to our home) as we had no idea which scooter would be best so we wanted to see the entire range. The guys were very knowledgeable, patient (we took a while!) and professional. We ended up buying one scooter on the day and ordering a second. They will deliver the second scooter to our home once they have it in stock. We also stupidly forgot to being the charger home. They very kindly dropped it to our house that same day. We are delighted with our new scooter and extremely impressed with the level of customer service we recieved. I cannot reccomend Falcon Go Thailand highly enough.
