Very poor service!! Too slow! Releasing of affidavit after 10 working days still took you 2-3hrs waiting! Where did the 10days go?? Please be considerate that we also have work waiting and not to spend the wholeday waiting for you finished all your businesses before releasing documents!! terribly disappointed ️

Staff are very helpful. I am 9 months pregnant and was not able to bring cash so I went out to get some. Sandra even went out to check on me and pick me up. All of them are really great kudos guys..

(25June2020) Yes, l checked the website and it posted they’re open till 4:30pm. My passport is ready for pickup so I was confident that I can get it. However, when I arrived at around 4pm the guard was very rude telling me they’re close and I need to have an appointment before I can come in. They’re open only till 12noon because of COVID-19 situation. I checked again the advisory in their website. It didn’t say you have to have an appointment to get your new passport. I was frustrated so I wrote an email to the embassy while standing outside the gate. I felt this was not fair for me traveling an hour only to be told to come back another day! After I sent the email through my phone, I slowly walked to the BTS station feeling defeated when suddenly I received an immediate response from the embassy asking where am I and they can assist me. It was unreal to me but I traced back my steps to the embassy... To make the long story short, l was let in and I got my new passport!!! LESSONS LEARNED: First, say what is in your mind but say it nicely. Secondly, there are still good people out there willing to help others. Finally, God will make a way in all circumstances!
