Horrible service! the never pick up the phone and I'm still waiting over 2 months to receive a reply by email to know more about cv19 in Spain and travel restrictions. Nobody cares, they are so unprofessional.

Very slow, a lot of complications just go get a visa. Lucky I was not in a rush. Took more than 2 months.
I've used this embassy now for many years and I've always received a good service. Yesterday I needed some paperwork to be sent to Spain for my son's passport and everything was arranged for the following day with excellent communication. I've been in a few Spanish Embassies abroad and I have to say this one is one of the best.
Such an amazing team. I can't thank them enough for their efficiency and open communication. I got my visa on time!
