For a repair of the door of a washing machine Electrolux: On the spot informed me that he will order the piece. The next day EVS phones me to tell me that this room is not available. Cost: 400 Baths for nothing. Coming from a competitor (ELECTOLUX SERVICE CENTER): repair in 1/2 hour for half of the estimate EVS.

J'ai acheté un aspirateur en Thaïlande de marque Electrolux, j'ai voulu changer les roulettes, ont m'a dit que ça n'existe pas même sur commande, j'ai commandé en France et là aucun problème. SAV mal encadré. Je n'achèterais plus de marques étrangères à la Thaïlande.
