#letsguide #airasia I have travelled on AirAsia flight from Bengalore to Bali via Bangkok. Their flight cabin cleanliness is very poor. The carrier is treated like a cattle carrier. No consideration towards passangers. They don't serve hard drinks on International flights ? Even drinking water is not served free of cost The passangers they get also behavie like it's a shuttle bus. Sorry. The air safety is getting compromised.Don't only try to create a name Cheap Airfare Airline.

Probably the worst company in Asia. Air Asia offers a service minimum in airport, as well in the plane. Often late, very small seats, very little room, and very rare smiles. You must buy your Air Asia tickets online, and pay expensive fees on your payment by card. Prices you got when searching on the net are strangely no more available when you reserve your tickets ! But much more important : that company is deeply dishonest. Buy 2 tickets, for your wife and yourself for example, then check-in online. Surprise ! You're at row 9 and your wife at row 24... Is the airplane full of passengers who already checked-in ? NO. It's nearly empty, and so, you can chose and change your seat... but only if you pay an extra charge. Call the company and get that answer : we're not responsible... It's the computer, it's automatic ! There are many airlines companies in Asia. Don't travel with Air Asia. And if have to do, only check-in at airport. The officer might not dare to ask you more money.

Worst Airline I know! Refunding a ticket is basically impossible because of the none existing customer support.

Worst flight I had in my life. Fast take of and landing that gave me huge headaches due to pressure change. It felt like my head will explode. Small uncomfortable chairs - although this seems to be the case for all low class flights. The cherry on top: they won't even offer a free glass of water, not to mention a sandwich or something to eat for 2h flights. You can, however, buy food in the plane, priced at least 5 times the normal price.

Reminds me of cheap airline such as Ryanair. Cabin crew (flight FD399) so rude. I would suggest to start providing with FREE blankets for early morning flights.
