Would have given 0 star if there’s an option. The worst service I’ve received till date in the shop below. I was getting ready to pay and saw a promotion pack right behind the cashier and told the cashier I will take that as well. It was literally an arm’s length behind her. She took it very unwillingly and dropped a few packs on the floor and mumbled in English “cannot take yourself”. I paid for it and told her that her service is really bad. She replied, “oh really? Thank you” with a big smile on her face. Unbelievable

It’s 4th July 2019 and around 5 pm. I come in the store at DMK . I was trying the 3CE cosmetics on , then one of the staff lady who was wearing the yellow uniform said in Thai that “ know every step for make up, but don’t buy anything while I was still standing there. She look at us from foot to head”. She may be the one who is in charge at that counter(3CE). I don speak Thai , but my friend does. My friend told me after I left the store. I was really angry and want to come back to complaint about it. My friend said letting it go. I would like to say it’s extremely bad costumer services. She was worker who always use the TESTING stuff to wear the make up on everyday and don have money to buy them home. Y did she said that sentence to me? Don’t I have money to it ? I can throw the money in her face. It’s a rude attitude.

Worst service I've ever seen. Went to the Levis shop and ask for price/size. Staff were super rude and unhappy because they were BOTHERED! Don't go there when the staff is tired

Price was uncleared for some of the products. Poor service with bad attitude. There were 5 staffs standing at the counter and no one was able to solve the problem for customer.
