I would love to give minus point if it have. Bad manage system. It will spend you fully one day to do the services. Even you can book the queue via app in advance but still have to wait too long! The process is slow. Most of the furniture are broke. The staff not friendly. The queue isn't clear.

It's as well organized as possible considering that people in general don't read signs or follow written instructions. The team are helpful and the system works well. The driving licence section is brand new.

Lots of people. Busy. Use the DLT app to make a queu so its convenient and saves more time.

You can apply for an online appointment to save some time, but anyway you will spend there all day. There are many people working hard but it looks like it is not enough to provide a better service in that area. Keep calm, go out for a drink or a meal, because finally you will get/renew your documents.
