Not overcrowded during COVID. The “official” translation service on the second floor seems to be permanent closed. They have a note posted on the counter said that it will open again in November 2020. But when I ask the information counter nearby, the lady tells me the translation will not open again. Anyway, there are a lot of people willing to sell you translation service. My price is 250baht for one piece of paper, from English to Thai. For the legalization, it took me 3 days, and no express service is available. On the second floor, there is a document checkpoint. Someone will check if you have the required documents. Then you go to the third floor, the information counter will check once again. This time they may ask you for the original passport or Thai ID card. Then they will give you a ticket and you go to the counter to submit the documents and fill in the application form. For photocopy, you can walk to the nearby government complex, building A. The copy service is near 7-11. I copied 4 papers for only 5 baht.

professional efficient great service! what a joyful trip to a government outlet. if you are driving open parking is available at the spot. you will find it after passing thru covered parking which is believed for staff. you will find a reception right at the lobby. walk one floor up for notary service. a few km away there is an Avenue mall. index living and Tesco there if you wanna kill time while waiting.
