Founded in 2012, we support our client portfolio throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East with a wide range of professional hospitality services. Consultancy services range from specific short term expertise focused on individual departments to complete long term hotel management contracts. Our approach is tailor-made to meet requirements, with a customised team of professionals presented for each project. We firmly believe that before you can advise others, you need to have done the job yourself. Only then can you really understand the challenges faced, and implement the solutions required. Combined, our team has over 100 years of practical hotel management experience on every continent, at every level. Individually, no one has less than 10 years in the field. We have worked with a wide variety of accommodation providers, from budget city hotels to luxurious beach resorts, and everything in between. We speak a number of languages, and can probably claim to have faced almost every problem you can throw at us! Our USP is provision of interim (temporary) general managers and EXCOM members to bridge that gap between one executive leaving, and another starting. We are currently building a database of executives with experience in Asia and the Middle East who are between jobs themselves, or retired and would like the occasional short term contract.
