Done the ultralight 30min flight twice, 2005 and 2012. Excellent both times. Recommend

Terrible customer care. We drove up there to check out the planes ask the price etc. When I drive in 4 dogs surround us all barking. A guy in the background sees it, really doesn't care. Dogs are getting angry. We ask the guy if could call them back (in thai). He says no. Dogs start jumping and scratching. I cant do anything so I just go and start pushing them away. I wrestle one away, the rest gets scared and heads back. I though this guys just an employee who really doesnt care about anything. Ask for the owner, says it is him. (And yes I see it is him from the pictures). Then I ask about the flight, he says book online. What kind of answer is that. What an ahole. Thanks for the scratches on my arm and on my motorbike. If you treat your customers like this how do you treat your planes? Fly here at your own risk.

I went there yesterday and meet the owner...Lovely guy, speaks perfect English...Arranged a flight for this morning at 07.00.. Amazing experience with fantastic service Extra cost for video of your flight, well worth it, super video quality. I can highly recommend this experience and company...5 stars and more..thanks I will be back again for sure
