After 2 months staying there, I can say that this condo is really good. Common areas are really clean, staff is nice, and the rental prices are much cheaper than in Central Bangkok. The cindo is not located directly near the MRT station, but a shuttle van service is provided for 15 baht. Motorcycle taxis can also bring you ti the MRT / BTS for 20 baht. It is actually a good point that the condo is not located directly on the main road, as the area is pretty calm and not noisy at all. You can reach Chatuchak / Rot Fai parks with motorcycle taxis for around 50 baht. Note that, as the condo is not located in central Bangkok, you might have to wait more when you order some food with Grab.

Great condo, safe, clean, with few things around. Taxi motorbikes nearby and cheap van in the morning to Mochit. Nice pool normally empty but not too deep. Small gim but not crowded. Its a pitty you need transport to do things around, you can walk to the bts or metro but at your won risk, not too confortable and will take 15 minutes at least. Muay thai free on sundays next door in channel 7. Nice couzy market in the afternoons also next door. Better get a motorbike to go to Saphan or Mochit or to Jatujak market and JJ green. Over all pretty good.

Terrible place, I check in here 1 years ago, I payed money every month on time, never late. And then I have to move out go back my country for my business, I was moved before the concert date, and I told the U-delight staff and owner I will move out before 1 months. And them just let me give back the key and contract first. And then staff let me go to ask owner about deposit back, then I sent messages to owner, she just give me a phone number and said let me go to ask staff. Ok, finally 1week late, I m got a information about I just can get back half deposit, and I just ask owner and staff when I can get the half deposit back? But on one reply me anything. This is U-delight JatuJa@station.
