Terrible, terrible experience here. Three of us go to grab a quick dinner. We are the only people in the restaurant, until another party of six sits down. We had already ordered our food, and by that point have been waiting 20 minutes, which is fairly reasonable. The other table ordered about fifteen minutes after us, and we watch the kitchen bring out ALL of their dishes, one by one, while we still have none of our food. The waitresses are all laughing at us while we watch the other table eat. Finally, after 35 minutes, they bring out one of our dishes, which was not what it said it was on the menu, and was loaded with MSG, even though we told them in Thai that one of our group members was extremely allergic. The waitress then comes over and tells us that they only had one of the dishes we had ordered, 40 minutes into the service. We wait another 15 minutes or so with no food, then decide to pay and leave as we were in a rush. The wait staff is laughing as we wait nearly an hour for our food while the other table is finished. Once we get to the front to pay for the one dish we actually received in the hour, the waitress proceeds to write down my friend's credit card information to keep, as to charge her card for the ordered food later. Do NOT eat here if you want actual decent Italian food and some kind of service.
