worst ever. the thing is i booked a wrong ticket, then i went back for rebook.. i just left bus station for 3 hrs. then i came back to change. firstly they say ok. then one second after the laday sell me ticket changed and say : oh sir. 50 bath. then i say ok. i take out the money then another receptionist told her somthing in thai and they turn off the speaker den after that tell me i have to buy another ticket. when i asked y, i just missed 3 hrs. they started just repeating i need to buy new. then they give me a wrong ticket again, when i checked it i found it is a wrong ticket. then she changed me agian i right one. finally. to be honest any explain could be reasonable for this and even me can understand but personally from the direct experience. this is the worst discrimination could ever exlerience. i didnt even say a word at that time and came back wrote down this. i wish every foreigners think it over carefully if u see this. feel so disappoted about this.

นังรถไปหัวหินจากสนามบินรอบ13.30 วันที่ 04/02/2020 พนักงานหยาบคายกับลูกค้าต่างชาติมากขนาดผมคนไทยยังอายเลย ทำให้เสียภาพลักษณ์มาก แต่ยังดีทีมงานที่สถานนีหัวหินตอนรับลูกค้าทุกคนใด้ดีมากน่าชืนชม หวังว่าทีมงานอืนจะเอาเป็นตัวอย่าง ทีมหัวหิน: 10/10 ทีมบัส: n/a ต้อง ปรับปรุง

华欣直达机场的大巴，我是提前在马蜂窝上买好了票，到那里直接兑换车票了。当时到了以后有两个泰国人上来问我们买了车票没有，我们以为是票贩子，就说买了，然后想径直离开，刚走一步，他就说在这里兑换车票，后来还真的就在他那里换了车票，幸好他说了一句，不然就尴尬了，他们两个人都不像工作人员，穿得比较随意，让我误以为是票贩子了，，，23333。车是挺大的，平顺，全程大约4小时，直接到素万那普机场。
