Nice condo just off main road plenty places for eating and drinking alao tops supermarket within 500metres large swimming pool and small gym security and all staff happy, smiling and helpful i really nice clean safe place to stay

Spent there 2 weeks. In the apartment there is not a single Plate, utensil, glass/cup chair, hanger, toilet paper, small towel, soap. Condominium is empty! But they sell all the items above on the front desk. No housekeeping, nobody even takes the garbage. No washing or drying machine anywhere. When checking out, they even charged me for the WATER AND ELECTRICITY bill I SPENT from the deposit money i left for insurance. Ridiculous. I travel a lot and this is my worst experience yet.
The fire alarms have been switched off permanantly!!HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT? People smoke, or cook in the rooms and it sets the fire alarm off. There is no extractor in the kitchen.
Owned a 2 bed here since they opened. It’s a nice quiet location with lots of amenities in close proximity to the condos. There is a large pool some 50 meters long situated between every two buildings along with a small private gym. Main town centre is 10 mins on a bike or 15 to 20 by car depending on traffic. Water parks are around 15 mins away by car. The area has a Tops supermarket 5 minute walk away. Along with local bars and restaurants. CONS: Only down side is the management team are slow and rubbish. Also residents tend to ignore there is an access ramp for disabled and pushchairs, they just park their bikes in front of it, pretty selfish attitude but that’s to be expected by the cheap monthly rentals. It’s an easy fix by extending railings but the management team won’t do that. So avoid it if you have a pushchair or wheel chair.
