We boarded our two cats here while we were out of town for two weeks. We got daily video updates and detailed info about how they were adjusting. They got loads of playtime and love and were given free rein to explore the house and yard a couple of hours each day. The room seemed nice, too, but the most important thing was the comfort in knowing that good, attentive, knowledgeable people were taking care of our kitties. This place is great, and the family that runs it are lovely people.

Great, friendly service and excellent place for your cat to stay and being taken care of. While the cats sleep in nice aircon rooms, there is an outdoor backyard where is safe and perfect for them to exercise as well. Love the place and never look for other cat hotels ever again.

The granny who took care of my cat has a good service, the owner lady who took care of our booking was informative and good. Both of them are nice and friendly. However, the place wasn't really clean, as I can smell that since I stepped in but I though it would be fine. When I came back to pick up my cat, it was obvious that she had been so scared and uncomfortable of previous cat's smell in her room. It took me a couple of days to make her back to feel relax just the same. Plus, the granny prepared all stuff for us before we got there to pick up the cat, but she forgot 2-3 of my cat's favorite toys. Btw, my cat had been stayed in cat hotels many times, and she is an easy going one. Hope this will help you improve the place for the next coming customers in the future.

Absolutely cannot day enough about this cat hotel. We’ve been traveling with 2 cats for a year now and we’ve had to deal with some combination of pet-friendly accommodations and cat hotels. We’ve had the cats at 3 different cat hotels now and Catdominium is hands down the absolute best. Nuch and her mother have taken great care of our cats and Mim has been prompt and informative in her communications. The rooms are spacious, well-designed with the cat in mind and there’s opportunities for the cats to explore different areas of the house with a variety of sights and sounds to keep them entertained. Highly recommended.
