It’s indeed comforting food as restaurant’s name suggests. Very, very decent fish and chips (we had classic cod), fish was juicy and blended well with batter. Mac and cheese was good and so was pork lasagna. Only thing, which could be improved is to remove food from plastic boxes prior to serving them to customers. Decent selection of beers (canned) and slightly limited of ciders.

Ordered for delivery. Excellent fish and chips. Fish is huge, the set with chips is quite filling for a quick lunch. First time I ordered the batter was a bit too thick for my liking, other than that everything was spot on. I ended up ordered many more times and they were consistently amazing (including the batter!). All the fish selections are great I can’t choose which one is better. If you like tartar sauce, it is highly recommended to add extra. Battered sausage tasted just like in the UK. While it’s not everyone’s favourite, I crave it from time to time. Amazing place really. High quality no nonsense fish and chips!

I want to eat fish & chip so try to find out. And found this restaurant Because all the restaurants that used to eat regularly are closed Today is a good opportunity to try. Food prices are quite high. But the taste and the container it comes in are inconsistent with the price But the food taste is not bad Good service staff If the price goes down a little, it will be very good.

Comforting food for a hungry Englishman. I hadn't eaten fish and chips for a long time and this didn't disappoint. The fish was delicious with a light and crispy batter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, too. I will be back the next time I'm craving fish and chips.

Atlantic Haddock is highly recommended! The fish is fresh and delicious. Price is also resealable.

Impressed with the waitress when asked what's best dish and she (unlike most of the thai waitresses) she confidently and systematically introduced the dishes !!! Very unusual in Thailand nowadays, kudos to the owner for well trained crew! Since I was craving for a good English Fish & Chips for a long time & came recommended by my French buddy so there I choose COD Fish & Chips to test the water.... as per my photos you may observe that the fish is done to a perfection which is very difficult to find in Bangkok even with many English pubs around operated by Brits unfortunately. This is no doubt the best fish n' chips in town for me. Supposedly deserves a 5 star rating however the chips is suck!!!! Tasteless, too starchy and bland for me, worst than that M...D french fries. Totally not a french fries fan, only like curly fries. So I decided to voice my observations to the waitress and she actually concurred with my comments citing there's a shortage of supply of their usual supply and they have to find a temporary replacement from another supplier and this is the best they can get. Well, again I am impressed by her honest reply and great attitude and I like to deal with smart people, she is definitely one of them. With her reply I guess I must come back again to order the original fish n' chips.... !!! So we will stay with 4 star rating for now. I see the menu is worthy of several visits. I shall be here again soon and may update my findings then

This place has been on my list for sometime, and I’m happy to finally check it off. I ordered the fish (Cod) and chips, chicken tikka masala pie, and a strawberry shake. As expected the fish and chips were the best of the bunch. The fish had a nice crispy coating on it and the chips were perfect. It’s served with a choice of sauces, naturally, I went with the tarter sauce, and I’m glad I did. Excellent dish. The chicken tikka masala wasn’t so good. The taste was bland, with hardly the flavor one would expect from this popular Indian dish. It was also on the dry side. I’m not so disappointed though, as I went for the fish and chips. The strawberry shake was a little on the sweet side, but other than that, a standard shake. If I’m ever in the mood for fish and chips—I would go back again, but I would avoid the other items on the menu. Located a short 5 minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS station in Sukhumvit Soi 33/1—behind Villa Market. A few parking spaces available. Give this a if you’ve found this review helpful. Best fish and chips in town !! The fried mars bar with ice cream (signature dessert dish) is also recomended. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly.
