Super duper rude staffs, doesnt even want to serve customer when i want to make order!! All female staff busy chitchatting. Was rudely answered when I ask for hot water, asked to pay 20baht for it and seem so displeased to give me hot water even though i also buy coffees from them. Seriously have never seen such bad customer service in Thailand, should have just fired them all including the male supervisor!

Awful coffee, the milk is too hot in cappucino and killed all the coffee taste. There are large bubbles in foam which is incorrect. Please invest in professional barista training...

Ice is not cold, its melted. Iekss Only coffee shop at airport, no concurrence so they dont have to deliver quality.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a couple of pies. Got them with the cover on. I requested them to be heated. After heating, was given both in a single paper plate. Requested to be given another plate. Was given another. Requested ketchup. Was thrown one packet. Requested another for the other pie. Was given another. Requested tissue paper. Luckily, was given two this time. All said and done, the pies were good.
