As the name suggests, it was truly one of, if not the best car rental in Phuket! This was my first experience renting a car there so I can't really compare it to others, but the experience was stellar. Even though I arrived at HKT airport outside the store's operating hours, the owner, Pui, picks me up happily at the airport. She was so friendly and her English was also really good so communication was not a problem at all. Did I mention that she was so friendly? That was the highlight of the rental experience, she greeted us warmly, asking how the flight was, etc., and thus gave me a great impression of Phuket and its people. She also explained clearly about the terms and conditions, insurance, etc., with no hidden extra fees, aside from 5000 baht deposit that was given to me back after the trip. The car I rented was Honda City, which was comfortable, clean, and great with a reasonable rental fee. The best thing that Pui told me all the scratches or defects of the car so clearly and encourages me to record it myself to prevent any misunderstandings should accident happen. My rental experience went so smoothly that I'll definitely be renting from here when I go back to Phuket again. Forget all those international chain of rental companies and rent here instead to support local economy!

Great service! Very friendly hostess Pui! Everything is organized quickly and clearly. There is delivery from the airport. New and well maintained cars. Reasonable prices. I want to come back at Best Rent a Car Phuket again. I recommend this company to everyone.
Nothing less than 5 star service. Car drop off and pickup available. A very nice lady owns this business and works really hard to make a great experience for her customers. Quickly responds to questions and is always available to assist. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend anyone visiting Phuket and trying to find a decent car rental place. Car rental places at the airport seem to only want your money and not care about service. Best Car Rental made the process easy and simple while picking you up and driving you back to the airport at the end of your visit.
