Great Service from Mercedes Benz dealer!

terrible experience. although the service and facilities are good, the wait is simply unacceptable! I went to pickup my car and after waiting for more than half an hour had to chase down a staff to get attended to. thereafter the process took less than 5 minutes. They need to drastically improve the waiting time

I did Service A but staff added component from service B .. spare parts price quoted is above average (compared with other MB service station). Overall end up paying extra 1.5x for service A. Straight ripoff as they don’t follow standard Mercedes service manual. God know what they will rip off at service B.
