Don't give your money to these shysters. We had a complex Asian journey, with several transfers via Bangkok. It made sense to store our cold-weather gear at the airport while we were in Laos. I compared prices from the different left-luggage franchises and picked Bellugg because their online calculator said 28 for a ten-day deposit. That was expensive, but as it saved us a two-hour round trip into Bangkok it seemed worth it. When we arrived to collect the bag, rude and uncooperative staff demanded an immediate payment of 50. Apparently we had gone a couple of hours over a time limit which hadn't been communicated to us when we deposited the bag. We tried to object, but as we had a connecting flight to catch and no-one around the Bellugg office could speak English, we paid the inflated fee. Most large hotels in Bangkok will store luggage free of charge or for a nominal fee. While it's annoying to have to travel into town to collect luggage, I'd rather lose a couple of hours than get ripped off by the likes of Bellugg.

Year 2019 in an international airport facing tourists, there is a company only taking cash. Beside the sarcastic stuff, price is 50% more than the other company located on level B. Save your money and energy. AVOID
