The goal was to create a large tech business solving a primary customer need in Thailand. They realised local services as an industry is such a central part of our lives but extremely broken. The current solutions haven’t improved beyond phone call lists in the last decade while other adjacent industries are leapfrogging with tech enabled innovation. Seekster is a Service Platform for all sorts of Property owners ( Condominiums, Houses, Offices, Hotels, Restaurants, etc ) They help customers hire trusted professionals for all their Repair & Maintenance needs. Be it a plumbing job, fixing your leaking aircon, hiring a trusted maid to clean your house or getting your leaking faucet fixed. For SMEs they are a service concierge platform that look after their various service needs. We offer them weekly / monthly cleaning & maintenance packages based on their requirements.
