RYDE is created by four ambitious women sharing a mutual passion for indoor cycling, RYDE introduced Bangkok to rhythm cycling in its own fresh way. Our goal is to create a health and fitness community in the heart of Bangkok, that's why we have incorporated a healthy juice bar and a cozy salon along with the cycling studio, all under the same roof. We are expanding our fitness expertise to other fields such as pilates, yoga, zumba and dance under the name of Energie Space by RYDE located right next door to our cycling studio.
