If you’re an American your banking with Bangkok Bank in Thailand. Because it’s Bangkok Bank exchanges your money from dollars into bought in New York City. That being said this particular bank usually has someone who can speak English if you have questions. I have found they are very professional and efficient with all transactions I recommend them
